Ps: This is a continuation of Part 1.
After successfully signing up on the application, you get to the home page.
To add a new account (MT5 only for now), you can do that in three steps.
Firstly: click Add Account or open the menu bar and choose Add Mt5 Account
This opens where to add the details of the Mt5 Account.
Secondly: fill the details as you would have on your Mt5 App
Ps: For security reasons, all your account details are fully encrypted and used only through the features that require them as specified by you — your details are safe and secure.
Ps: If your broker is not among the list, send a message to us on feedback with the name of the broker and it will be added within 24hrs.
Lastly: click the Add Account button once all details have been filled
Wait for a few seconds; once the details are confirmed, you would be redirected to the login page with the account logged in.
Congratulations! You have added an account successfully. You can add multiple accounts (up to 4). To switch between accounts, open the menu again, click on Mt5 Accounts, and choose the account you want to switch to.
Troubleshooting
If you get errors like Terminal Authorization failed, IPC timeout — recheck your details again and try again.
